Tripod Feet add Stability on carpet
Three feet milled into the base of the waterpipe helps to prevent the pipe from tipping over when placed on carpet. Since as we all know, nothing is worse than getting that smelly pipe water spilled onto any type of carpet.
Solid Construction
Our waterpipe base is carved (machined) from solid pieces of German-grade polyoxymethylene plastic. Since it is machined, the walls are 100% solid, meaning there are no hollow voids (hollow voids are typical with cheaper injection molded parts). The solid nature of this base makes it feel as if it's made from a ceramic.
At 1lb 2oz, this base is the heaviest component in the waterpipe assembly, which helps to lower the overall center of gravity of the pipe, thereby reducing its tendency to tip.
